1) We don't pay on gross profit.  Our sales professionals are paid bonuses for outstanding customer service, not higher prices.  This lets us price our vehicles lower than the competition and cut down on all the back and forth haggling customers love to hate.

2) A manager will reach out to you to confirm an appointment.  We know your time is valuable and we don't want to waste it.  A manager will work with you to find the right time for your visit and work with your sales professional to have things ready for your arrival.  

3) Our sales professionals take you on your first test drive.  There's a lot of technology in today's cars and we want you to feel safe and comfortable on your first ride.  If you'd like to take longer to drive alone after, no problem, just ask!

4) We don't charge extra for custom orders.  If we don't have exactly what you want we'll custom order it from Chrysler.  The average turn around for a custom order is only 60-90 days and you'll get to pick the biggest rebates available.  You can choose a rebate on the day we place the order, the day the vehicle arrives at the dealership or anytime in between! Whatever saves you the most! 

5) We now ask you what's the most important part of shopping for a vehicle with our short 10 question iPad survey.  It helps us get you on the road faster!

6)We now offer our pre-approval service.  Just like a bank will help you get the right mortgage, our credit specialist will work with you to get the best possible approval from one of our 15 approved financial partners.  

7) We listen to your feedback and make sure you have direct access to our managers.  Our customers have told us they were tired of waiting for their sales professional to verify deals with the manager's office every time an offer was made.  Now, a manager will meet with you directly to review your deal.  

8) We're going to ask for your email.  A business card with chicken scratch numbers on the back is 1950's.  We'll email you exactly what was discussed at the dealership in a format that's easy to understand.  We want you to stay informed and make an informed decision.  We promise not to fill your inbox with spam, we hate that too!

9) Our "Low Price Guarantee" lets you shop with confidence.  If we can't meet or beat any other Chrysler dealer's offer, show us a matching bill of sale and we'll pay you $250.  We want to ensure you can shop local with confidence.  No one should be asked to pay more to shop local!
